Service Level Agreements
Purpose of the Service Level Agreement
Define a time duration for all services provided by Qassim University and clarify it to the beneficiaries in addition to specifying a method for escalation in case of non-compliance.
Scope of Service
Service requests are studied after all necessary information and requirements are available to execute the services as per the agreed time in the service level agreement. Note that this time does not include completing deficiencies if the client does not provide all required information, nor does it include the time taken in processing requests by a third party such as other government entities if the nature of the requests so requires.
Terms and Conditions
Validity period of the agreement: The service level agreement remains valid from
the date of its publication on the website.
Agreement execution times: Services that are done immediately are executed
throughout the week at any time, while services done during working days are
executed during official working hours from Sunday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to
2:30 PM.
