Admission requirements:

1- Obtaining a high school diploma - or its equivalent - from inside or outside the Kingdom in accredited schools in the country of study
2- Obtaining the result of the general aptitude test (Qiyas) appropriate to the track or type of secondary school for male and female students, and for the achievement test for all female students in all majors and male students in scientific majors
3- The year of high school graduation must be 1440 AH or later
4- The male or female student must pass any test or personal interview set by the relevant college, including the measurement center tests
5- Anyone who works in any government agency must obtain the approval of his employer
6- The student must not be registered at the university or elsewhere
7- The applicant’s age must not exceed 25 years

Acceptance mechanism:

1- Electronic application through the university’s website only, and the priority of application has no effect on the priority of admission to the university
2- Admission to the movement sciences and physical activity major is required to pass a physical fitness test as determined by the college
3- Admission to the College of Sharia is required to pass the Holy Qur’an competency test according to what the college decides
4- Admission to health, engineering, and computer majors requires completing the student’s health competency form
5- Admission to the College of Architecture and Planning is required to pass the test prepared for this purpose by the college
6- To complete the study, the male and female student in the majors (Economics, Management, and English Language) are required to pass the preparatory semester or the intensive course. If the student does not pass, he is considered faltering and is treated by transferring him to another major according to which faltering students are treated at the university
7- Admission comparison takes place based on the order of the student’s entered desires and the weighted or equivalent percentage. The highest and lowest percentages are accepted until the available seats are filled, noting that the priority of application has no role in the comparison
8- Everything related to admission is subject to the decisions and regulations issued by the University Council
9- The compound ratio is calculated as follows:
- Weighted percentage: 30% high school grade + 30% general aptitude test + 40% achievement test

- Equivalent percentage: 50% high school exam + 50% aptitude test
10- The majors offered for admission are subject to updating

Submission guidelines:

1- Application for admission (male and female) for the academic year 1446 AH is done through the admission website at the following address: qu.edu.sa. The website will be available according to the announced schedule, noting that applications will not be allowed after this period
2- When applying to the admission portal, it is necessary to enter an active mobile number for the student, as the student will receive an activation message that he must enter to complete the university application process
3- The applicant must fill out the admission application data with the correct information and can follow up through the website and enter through the civil registry and the password that was set during the application, noting that the student bears all responsibility and legal consequences for not reviewing the website constantly and learning about the status of the application.
4- The announcement of the results is a nomination for the male and female students and requires approval and confirmation. A nomination form will be opened for the student with a specific time frame
5- Students should only upload a 4*6 color photo of the face with a white background
6- The male/female student chooses the colleges he/she wishes to join and arranges them according to priority. He/she registers the first desire, then the second, then the third according to the priority in his/her desire for specialization. The differentiation will be made according to the desire of the entered student/female and his/her weighted or equivalent percentage
7- The student must arrange the specializations he wishes to enroll in carefully and carefully. The student bears responsibility for the desires entered in their order, as modification will not be available after the application portal closes
8- The amendment will be available to the student throughout the application period, so the student can amend his entered wishes until the time the portal closes
9- Male and female students must accept the nomination form. If acceptance is not made within the specified period, the student will lose his opportunity to be accepted into all university majors for this year
10- Bachelor’s degree admission for the majors offered according to the criteria:
For students, colleges that require a weighted percentage:
College of Agriculture, College of Science, College of Veterinary Medicine, Colleges of the Health Track, Colleges of the Scientific Track.
:Colleges that require an equivalent percentage
College of Sharia, College of Languages ​​and Humanities, College of Business and Economics, College of Education.
Female students, all colleges require a balanced percentage
