Center for Sustainable Development

 About the center The Center for Sustainable Development was established after the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Higher Education Council, on 06/04/1432 AH. The center will be supervised by twelve members from inside and outside the university. The Center for Sustainable Development aims to contribute to enabling the university to achieve its vision, mission and strategic objectives through direct and indirect supervision of the processes of preparing, implementing, following up and evaluating detailed plans and programs that ensure the university has a leadership role in identifying and achieving the priorities, goals and requirements of sustainable local development in the Qassim region, and identifying its advantages. Competitiveness, and activating the university’s scientific, research, advisory and service capabilities to achieve this.

 Vision A leading national think tank in sustainable local development. the message Providing high-quality research, consulting, training, information, and awareness services that contribute to activating and integrating sustainable development efforts in Qassim, achieving its goals, enhancing its competitive advantages, consolidating partnerships nationally and internationally, and diversifying self-financing of development activities according to a comprehensive strategic development perspective.
