The Administration of Scientific Associations and Journals operates under the supervision of the University’s Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. It plays a pivotal role in enhancing the university’s academic standing both locally and globally by establishing rigorous policies for the foundation and accreditation of scientific associations and journals in accordance with international standards.

The Administration of Scientific Associations and Journals was established by the university president’s administrative decision No. (18815) on 5/4/1446 AH. It undertakes the following responsibilities:

1. General supervision of existing scientific associations and journals.
2. Encouraging and monitoring the establishment of distinguished scientific associations and journals and overseeing their foundation procedures.
3. Reviewing and directing transactions referred by scientific associations and journals according to their respective competencies.
4. Supporting and enhancing the university’s scientific journals to align them with global classification standards.
5. Developing operational mechanisms for the scientific associations and journals system.
6. Supporting associations in organizing conferences, symposia, and workshops that contribute to the development of various academic disciplines.
7. Providing consultancy services to improve journal content and enhance the quality of published research.
8. Monitoring the performance and reports issued by scientific associations and journals.
