General Budget Administration

 An overview of the general budget administration:

 The administration is considered one of the main and important departments at the university, which is concerned with preparing the university’s draft budget, closely following up on the implementation of the university’s budgets, monitoring the disbursement of the budget items and items, making expected estimates of what will be disbursed from the budget items and items, making transfers, and support from the Ministry of Finance according to regulations.

 Vision: To be a distinguished administrative model in supporting the university’s mission efficiently and effectively in learning and teaching, and in the field of scientific research, to achieve the university’s vision and goals with all effectiveness and mastery in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2023, and serve the community

 the message: Preparing the university’s draft budget in coordination with the main authorities, in a way that meets its actual needs, and in accordance with what was stipulated in the regulations governing financial affairs in universities in the first semester thereof, and in accordance with the instructions for implementing the state’s general budget and the financial and accounting instructions
