Educational Outcomes
On successful completion of the program, students are able to state advanced mathematical concepts in various branches of mathematics, especially of pure mathematics (algebra, real analysis, complex analysis, topology, differential equations, computational mathematics, etc) domains.
On successful completion of the program, students are able to write logical arguments to prove mathematical concepts.
On successful completion of the program, students are able to outline advanced mathematical proofs in a logical scientific manner and to perform abstract mathematical reasoning.
On successful completion of the program, students are able to recognize the importance and value of mathematical thinking, training, and approach to problem solving, on a diverse variety of disciplines using techniques from different areas and in-depth knowledge about topics choosen from Pure Mathematics offered through the department and proceed towards mathematically and numerically literate.
On successful completion of the program, students are able to justify mathematical arguments and proofs and formulating them in a logical scientific way using abstraction, generalization and prediction tests.
On successful completion of the program, students are able to apply mathematical knowledge to a practical career related to mathematical sciences or in post-master studies.
On successful completion of the program, students are able to create and explain a variety of examples for physical phenomena to connect between theory and applications by identifying feasible problems into simpler sub-problem.
On successful completion of the program, students are able to analyze the importance of mathematics and its techniques to solve real life problems and provide the limitations of such techniques and the validity of the results.
On successful completion of the program, students are able to work as a cooperative team in order to facilitate finding constructive solutions for life problems..
On successful completion of the program, students are able to to produce and use forms of presentation appropriate for differing mathematics contexts and audiences.
