Scientific Journals

The Journal of Arabic Sciences and Humanities is one of the scientific journals affiliated with Qassim University. The first issue was published in Muharram 1429 AH / January 2008, and it was assigned the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) 1658-4058. Later, the journal adopted open-access electronic publishing with ISSN 1658-9602 starting from Volume 16. This peer-reviewed scientific journal is published quarterly and focuses on research in various fields, including Arabic language and literature, English language and translation, history, geography, sociology, and social work. The journal actively contributes to the advancement of scientific research both locally and globally and aspires to be a leader in knowledge dissemination while staying updated with developments in its areas of specialization. The journal welcomes researchers from around the world to submit their studies in Arabic or English for publication in its four annual issues, adhering to scientific standards, publication ethics, and best practices.

The Journal of Sharia Sciences is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to publishing specialized research in the fields of Islamic and legal sciences in both Arabic and English. Published by Qassim University since 1429 AH / 2008, the journal initially released two issues per year, increasing to four issues annually starting in 1435 AH / 2013. In 1439 AH / 2018, the university adopted electronic publishing for the journal through its official website, and it now publishes between five to six issues per year. The journal provides open electronic access to its research articles, allowing researchers and readers to benefit from its scholarly contributions.
