Admission Requirements

Admission Requirements:

The ME Department Council annually sets the number of students to be accepted in the program according to the allowable capacity of the department. Upon completing the first semester in the college of engineering, students will be able to select the department  note: department here equivalent to program , civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering. The admission to each department is based on the earned GPA of the first semester in the college of engineering, the GPA of PYP, considering the capacity of each department. The minimum acceptable student’s GPA for each department is decided by the college council. If student did not obtain such sufficient GPA, he will not allocate to any department and he should continue taking extra general courses  from university and college requirements  in the second semester until his GPA improves and reaches the minimum requirement
So the admission in the department depends on:
•    The student desire
•    The Student GPA
•    The capacity of the department
